🇫🇷 Topolopompo avec son nom imprononçable parfois est un très prestigieux restaurant qui a fait sa renommée grâce à une cuisine très élaborée à partir d'éléments de la cuisine asiatique. Le chef Avi Conforti qui a beaucoup travaillé sur la technique de cuisine avec le feu fait un très beau travail artistique sur ses plats. Des plats inspirés du Japon, d'Inde... un mix de plusieurs saveurs qui nous fait voyager de l'autre côté du monde.
