Crave Gourmet Street Food is the new trendy American and Street food restaurant. Ideally located in Jerusalem next to the Shouk Mahane Yehuda, this restaurant is a mix of authenticity and modernity. You can taste there cheese burger with vegan cheese and even with bacon (of course fake also) and accompanied with delicious truffles french fries. I really recommend you also the sandwiches like the one called Reubens with pastrami, vegan mozzarella and spicy mayonnaise in a huge toasted bread. All this in a very cool atmosphere, intimate and cozy. Price : Between 50 & 100 shekels.
Aujourd'hui je vous parle de ce restaurant qui s'appelle Crave et qui se situé à Jérusalem à côté du Shouk Mahane Yehuda. Ce restaurant est un bon mélange entre authenticité et modernité. Le restaurant vous propose des plats aux influences Street food et américaines. Des plats particulièrement surprenants dans le casher avec des cheese burger à base de fromage vegan et parfois même avec du bacon (faux biensur) accompagné de frites à l'huile de truffes. Je vous recommande aussi le sandwich appelé Reuben, à base de pastrami, mozzarella vegan et d'une mayonnaise pimentée. Tout cela dans une ambiance cozy et intime... Budget : Entre 50 & 100 shekels.
