Discovering the Cronuts in NY
During my travel in New York, I had the pleasure to try the famous CRONUTS, a mix of croissant and donuts with a delicious strawberry jam from Dominique Ansel Bakery in SoHo! Just a perfect combo of crunchy and sweet pastry 😍 But also the DKA (Dominique Ansel Kouing Amann) which is similar to caramelized croissant, with tender, flaky layers inside and a caramelized crunchy crust outside!
Lors de mon voyage à New York, j'ai eu le plaisir de goûter le famous CRONUTS, un mix entre le croissant et le donuts avec une délicieuse confiture de fraise de chez Dominique Ansel dans le quartier de Soho! J'ai testé aussi le fameux DKA, un Kouing Amann à la pâte croustillante, savoureuse au bon goût de beurre.
