GASTRONOMY ✨🍷

MeatKitchen is with no doubt one of the best kosher restaurant of meat in the town. First of all an amazing design with a cozy atmosphere with a soft light during the dinner that give this impression to be Home. Secondly the food is really delicious with a large choice of fresh grilled meat and I really recommend to begin the dinner with the beef carpaccio or the "smoked pizza" with meat (picture 1), we took after that a delicious entrecôte of 400 gr accompanied with sweet potatoes, the perfect combination. And of course I recommend to finish the dinner with their desserts, my favorite is probably the Pistachio parfait with caramel cocoa, berries, halva sorbet and of course caramelized pistachio. 🍵 They have also a big cave of wine to accompanied your meat!

🇫🇷Meatkitchen est sans doute un des meilleurs restaurants de viande casher à Tel Aviv. Premièrement un magnifique design, moderne et cozy avec une lumière douce & tamisée en soirée ce qui nous fait sentir tout de suite plus à l'aise comme à la "maison". Mais aussi et surtout des plats délicieux avec un large choix de viandes grillées et je recommande fortement de commencer le repas par le carpaccio de bœuf très surprenant pour moi qui n'a pas l'habitude d'en manger, j'ai trouvé que l'assaisonnement était fait de façon délicate avec son caviar de vinaigre balsamique ce qui donne juste une touche d'acidité. Ou bien encore comme autre entrée la pizza fumée est une vraie découverte. Je recommande en plat l'entrecôte et si vous êtes à deux vous avez la possibilité d'en prendre une de 400 gr accompagnée de patate douce au four, la combinaison parfaite. Enfin en dessert, mon préféré est probablement le parfait à la pistache. Pour accompagner ce repas vous avez à disposition une large cave de vins 🍷 .
